Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Nature

Dealitnow offers fixed-duration, prepaid subscription plans. All subscriptions are non-recurring and do not auto-renew.

Once a subscription is purchased, access remains valid only for the selected plan duration.

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard.

• Cancellation stops future usage but does not trigger a refund
• Access continues until the subscription expiry date
• No extension is provided after plan expiration

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not provided for:

• Partial usage of subscription plans
• Unused days remaining in an active plan
• User-initiated cancellation
• Plan expiration due to non-usage

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment for the same subscription
• Erroneous charge caused by a technical failure
• Payment debited but subscription not activated

4. Post & Plan Expiry Rules

Once a subscription expires:

• Associated posts are automatically removed from search results
• Expired posts remain inactive until a new plan is purchased
• No refunds are issued for expired plans

5. Plan Upgrade Policy

Users may upgrade to a higher plan at any time.

In such cases:

• Remaining days from the current plan are carried forward
• New plan validity = New Plan Duration + Remaining Days
• No monetary refund is issued for the previous plan

6. Admin Moderation & Content Rejection

Dealitnow reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove any post that violates platform guidelines.

Refunds will not be issued if a post is rejected due to policy violations, misleading content, or legal non-compliance.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Dealitnow does not store card or banking details. Refunds, when approved, are processed through the original payment method used.

8. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge was incorrect, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
