These Terms govern your access to and use of the Dealitnow platform.

By accessing or using Dealitnow ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Refund Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
Dealitnow is a deal discovery and listing platform. We act only as an intermediary for displaying user-submitted listings and third-party offers. We do not own, control, or guarantee any deal, product, service, or transaction listed on the Platform.
All content, listings, images, and descriptions submitted by users are subject to manual or automated review. Dealitnow reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any content that is misleading, inappropriate, illegal, or violates these Terms.
Listings are visible only for the duration of the selected plan. Once the plan validity expires, the associated post will be automatically removed from search results and public visibility without prior notice.
Users may upgrade their plan at any time. In such cases, the remaining validity of the existing plan will be added to the new planâs duration, and the total expiry date will be recalculated accordingly.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways. Dealitnow does not store card or banking details.
All plans are offered on a prepaid basis. No automatic renewal is applied. Users must manually purchase or upgrade plans upon expiry.
Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy. Any chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals may result in suspension of the associated account or listings.
Dealitnow is not responsible for third-party pricing, availability, quality, or fulfillment. Any dispute must be resolved directly between the user and the third party.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if a user violates these Terms, submits improper content, or poses legal or security risks.
All trademarks, logos, software, and platform content belong to Dealitnow or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
The Platform is provided on an âas-isâ and âas-availableâ basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealitnow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business.
In no event shall Dealitnow total liability exceed the amount paid by the user to Dealitnow in the preceding three (3) months, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dealitnow from claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Users retain ownership of the content they submit on Dealitnow. By posting listings, images, descriptions, or other materials, you grant Dealitnow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.
Dealitnow does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We shall not be liable for delays, outages, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network failures, payment gateway outages, system maintenance, government actions, or natural disasters.
Dealitnow operates in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant data protection and consumer protection regulations. Users agree to comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform.
