Dealitnow is designed to enable users to publish and discover deals, offers, and listings in a safe and lawful environment. This Policy exists to protect users, partners, and the platform from misuse, abuse, fraud, and illegal activities.

2. Lawful Use Only

You agree to use Dealitnow only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

Any use of the platform that violates local, national, or international laws is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Posting false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Publishing illegal goods, services, or prohibited offers
• Impersonating individuals, brands, or organizations
• Engaging in scams, phishing, or social engineering
• Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or user data
• Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or automation tools
• Reverse engineering or tampering with platform functionality
• Interfering with platform security, stability, or performance

4. Content Standards

All posts, listings, images, and descriptions submitted to Dealitnow must be accurate, lawful, and appropriate.

Content must not:

• Contain hate speech, harassment, or abusive language
• Include sexually explicit or obscene material
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Promote violence, discrimination, or unlawful behavior
• Misrepresent pricing, availability, or offer terms

5. OTP Verification & Posting Integrity

To publish a post, users may be required to verify their identity using One-Time Password (OTP) authentication.

Circumventing, abusing, or manipulating verification systems is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account action.

6. Paid Plans & Post Visibility

Posts published under paid plans remain visible only for the duration of the active subscription.

Upon plan expiration:

• Posts are automatically removed from search results
• Visibility is suspended until a new plan is purchased

7. Admin Review & Moderation

Dealitnow reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove any content at its sole discretion.

Content may be rejected if it:

• Violates this Policy or other platform policies
• Is misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete
• Presents legal, regulatory, or reputational risk

Administrative actions do not entitle users to refunds.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Violation of this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Content removal
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Loss of access to paid features

Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
